Best experience for the price

We had a single night stay in connection with the Tour de France, and we just have to say everything played, friendly service, great family room 4 beds in 2 rooms with large entrance and toilet and bath. Located fantastic in relation to the city. Overall a super stay.

This property is disgusting. From the moment of checking in, it gave me hostel vibes when the TV remote and 2 towels were handed at the front desk, but it only got worse. Booked prepaid through Expedia but the hotel charged my card again and refused to refund despite proof of payment; staff were dismissive ('I can't believe anyone who walks through this door') and the room smelled like a dirty dog. Would not recommend.

No gluten-free food. Refrain from food intolerances.

Breakfast was really poor. I'm a coeliac and there was no choice. They just don't know what it means or don't care at all.
The rest of the accommodation stuff has stopped caring.
Not recommended if you must follow any type of diet.

Very good address

School trip for a group of 12 children. Extraordinary welcome and service, we do everything possible to satisfy you. Very clean and very comfortable rooms.
Simple but effective full board for children. Hearty and varied breakfast...
A stone's throw from Carcassonne train station.

Close to the city center, spacious and at an attractive price

The international center is located nearby
from the city center, approximately 30 minutes from the City. It belongs to the Peps and is also rented for seminars. The receptionists were attentive and very helpful. You can take advantage of covered and closed parking for 5 euros more. We rented a room for 4, which turned out to be huge since once through the door, it consists of 2 large bedrooms and a bathroom. With air conditioning.
