A lovely stay

A prime location right outside the medieval city; easy to find and accessible parking (15€ per night and there is electric charging also at a further cost).
The hotel grounds at the chateau part are beautiful, the pool area lovely and comfortable.
The Montmorency part is across the road but this was no issue and I don’t understand the issues with this as it’s so close.
We had a classic room (50 on the upper floor) which was extremely clean, comfortable and I liked the separate toilet and bathroom. The air con is very good - there was a lack of cold water in the taps and shower but potentially this was due to the extreme heat and the system.
There is no fridge or kettle, the latter which I feel should be provided to bring it up to spec but honestly we had a lovely stay.
The stairs and landing look a little worn but the room was fresh. Some nice complimentary toiletries provided.
The staff are extremely polite and friendly.
The breakfast is 18€pp but fabulous; lovely touch using local products and an abundance of fresh food. Not cheap but you get your moneys worth.
Drink prices are fairly standard.
Overall a lovely stay and would definitely recommend.

Loved our time here, 2 couples celebrating our wedding anniversaries. The location is stunning, the pool and jacuzzi sublime after a bit of sight seeing. I will say the hotel advertise a 24/7 bar however the night porter/bar man was rude and not customer focused at all, very disappointed with his manner and conduct. We will stay again though as the other staff were lovely

Lovely Hotel & Perfect Location

Loved this place, but the room was small and very bright in color (all orange) which I found too much. The breakfast and pool area was fabulous. I got bitten by Mosies so take some spay if you sit around the pool in the shade.

It is really close to the walled city. The staff let me park my car and let me use the washroom after I checked out; it made my visit of Carcassonne really easy.

Fantastic hotel and Spa

Wonderful hotel opposite the medieval area of Carcassonne.
Stunning views of the surrounding area too.
Bedroom is perfect with a comfortable bed, storage and en suite bathroom with bath!
The air conditioning was very welcome in the extremely hot weather we enjoyed as well as the swimming pool.
Breakfast offered fresh fruit, pastries, charcuterie and coffee.
