Fantastic hotel so central, pool brilliant treat.
Fantastic stay, with two adults and two children. Two nights stay rooms with bunk beds and so much space.
Pool open 9-9, fantastic kids had it to themselves a good few times. Highly recommend to people. Ate dinner here too food beautiful, server was so nice and helpful with kids.
We also had a terrace outside our room overlooking the pool.

Good value for money
This is a pretty typical Ibis hotel, clean and comfortable and well located about a 15 minutes walk into the old city. I mainly chose it because it is convenient if you have a car. The parking is ample and it is easy to drive into and out of the main roads.
The staff was helpful, but sometimes very busy with guests. There is no coffee tray or cups or refrigerator in the room, which in this day and age is puzzling and a minus. Some of the room furniture is kind of weird, like plastic covered straw filled stools and a hospital style tray/table. The restaurant and bar were handy to have and very pleasant. I liked being able to just order a pretty good Greek salad for dinner. There is a nice patisserie about a ten minute walk up the street where you can get pastries and sandwiches.
If I return to Carcassone I would stay here again.

Excellent.
Excellent reception, friendly and smiling staff. Clean room, quite spacious. Bathroom with a nice shower. Great quality of sleep. The breakfast was also very good. The hotel also has a nice pool, ample free parking, and is a 10-minute walk from the city. Recommended!

Good room, good bathroom and painful restaurant menu
We liked the room, modern, clean and correct, but should improve the bathroom. Small black spots of moisture in the shower are not acceptable. Find us empty the bottle of the shower gel and when trying to take the one from the sink also empty. Very good private parking included in the price. Good breakfast server in the restaurant room overlooking the pool. When we arrived at the hotel we saw a whiteboard offering a Full Menu that for its text we found interesting. First course we ordered the very poor Goat Cheese Salad, 4 counted French lettuce leaves and 1/2 cherry tomato (it was not with goat cheese, but with 4 mini toast spreads of warm goat roast). Salmon was a small steamed tail with Bearnese sauce, almost raw and pale in color, accompanied by a long, bland rice mold, which we left halfway. Microwaved can Chocroute. Dessert: Very poor quality Gourmand assiette (glasses of Crème Brulé and chocolate bad Mousse, mini meringue and triangle of brioche with liquid caramel). The best thing was the individual Tatin Cake with cream and vanilla ice cream. We are surprised that a good hotel serves such a poor quality 30€ Menu. Sébastien, the receptionist took care of us wonderfully.
