Nice hotel. Superior room with lovely views of the bay, was on second floor and lift to first floor only. May impact those with mobility issues. Friendly staff. Ample parking.

A hotel full of charm
Superior room with breakfast at 169 euros per night. Comfortable bed, clean room but not really spacious. Breakfast is very good with homemade pastries. The quality is to be stressed. Do not hesitate to ask for soy or almond milk as they are not available. Beautiful view (far) of the ocean, the peninsula and its islands from the rooms (located upstairs) and the breakfast room. The staff is very friendly. Cons: the bathroom faucet is very nice but it will take time to set the right temperature (no mixer). The rim of the bathtub is high enough, be careful when leaving, you should not lack flexibility.

This hotel offers a 5 star experience but was affordable for us due to spring season… loved our breakfast in the dining room with a terrific view. Our room was a “prestige garden terrace” room with extra large and comfortable bed, chairs, a counter for our luggage (much appreciated since many hotels forget to provide space or a luggage stand). The walk-in shower was terrific! The setting and our private patio were gorgeous! Spent our time exploring megalithic sites, and the only regret is that we should have spent a week here, not two nights. Merci!

Better than at home - enchantment
Bis repeated, I left for the Tumulus hotel in Carnac for a stay that I extended from my original idea.
At the reservation (yet at the last minute), I was recognized having already come.
Always adorable, I asked for the same room as before, I was given it: junior suite (37), it was perfect.
On site always friendly welcome, full of staff recognized me and came to greet me, it was there, I was like home (feeling that decided me to come back).
I will not go back on the quality of the room, see my previous column.
I found with great pleasure all the professional and endearing staff.
As for the first time, everyone knew about my allergies, so it was a spirit that I ate my meals, always concocted by the chef who had plenty of attention for me.
My birthday falling during my stay, I asked for a special meal and there my family would not have done better.
I have been wished my birthday many times and at mealtime, apotheosis! A meal of the cocktail made by Master Geram and the attentions of Marie (they manage the master hand room) and the recipes of the chef (master restorer), I was in love.
Even the owner of the establishment came to greet me.
To finish with the food, I do not forget the charming person who manages the breakfast (gourmet) and who had a nice word every day, enough to start the day well.
Being in these good conditions, I could go hiking and returning to enjoy the pool passing through the well-kept garden by the friendly gardener of the establishment.
Having put a lot of stress on my body with daily hikes, I entrusted my body under repair to Myriam at the hotel Spa.
I recommend his massages which are adapted to the demand and therefore very firm for me to eliminate the tensions of the hikes.
In addition to being very nice, it detects every problem and frees you from it.
So you will have understood, in this beautiful hotel, that pros who master their professions but with in addition the unsimulated family feeling.
At the Tumulus, I feel good, I'm fixing myself.
There's just one downside... We don't want to go back.
So I thank everyone (I was going to forget the nice women who take care of our rooms)
I hope I haven't forgotten anyone.
I will come back again and with pleasure to see you all again.
