The hotel and spa are fabulous. The restaurant lets it down. Our meals were served ten minutes apart, and only after we asked where my husband’s meal was. It turned up cold. The staff were unconcerned when we complained.

Does not deserve 4 stars

Parking in front gets full very quickly! You have to park behind the hotel in the residence's parking lot, which is much larger and always has spaces available, but the front desk doesn't tell you that....
Quick but cold welcome
Room rather small but bathroom decent
Even if it's clean, the cleaning is superficial!
A huge number of mosquitoes and nothing is provided to fight against them.
Breakfast quite complete but way too many people, it's a factory!
Spa with jets that are too strong, many people end up with marks, that's not normal! Few opportunities to enjoy everything because of the crowds.
Sauna and steam room quickly saturated because of the crowds.
Complex overused because of the crowds, sometimes it takes tens of minutes to access a piece of equipment. Mass tourism

Deplorable

2 nights! And one too many. It was already a hassle to find the location and drop off the badge to open the parking lot. 5 mosquitoes were waiting impatiently for us in the room! Result: 3 bites during the night. The pool area with a fall on the unsuitable tile and another fall in the outdoor area because there was no indication of a step... in the water! Budget bedding that gives you a backache. Impossible for a man to shave properly because there is no lighting above the mirror over the sink. The air conditioning was too cold even when set to 30. I had to get up 5 times during the night to try to find a setting... never found it... The thermostat is also 1 meter from the floor... Deplorable breakfast with staff who make you feel guilty about the homemade aspect... Bottom line! Bling bling but nothing functional at any level! 1st and last time!

Very good restaurant, very welcoming, but the price of the appetizers, which are too expensive, needs to be reviewed; the snack crackers should also be improved, opt for another more refined accompaniment. On average, count on 75 euros for two.

Beautiful and very relaxing.

Very beautiful hotel, quality service, room, bedding, high standard, important hotel with lots of comfort including spa, thalassotherapy, pool if you wish, comfortable breakfast, very good.
