We had a lovely stay here. A wonderful hotel with beautiful views, excellent amenities and quality service. I say that respectfully as every detail is considered and nothing left to chance. The hotel team are well organised, professional and courteous providing excellent attentive support whilst giving you enough space to enjoy the moment. Will definitely revisit.

Terrible experience at 1.200 euros / night
Terrible experience!!! never again! chose any other hotel in the south of France!!!
Ridiculous size of room.. terrible fourniture.. could be 3 stars hotel.
View to the road. you can see and hear cars.
Bathroom is a shame with mini lavabo just above toilets.
Poor service /staff unable to find any solution.. just "sorry".
Does not deserve 5 stars at all.
Night rate for this room 1.200 euros..

Wonderful in Every Way
Wonderful in every way. The views of the sea are magnificent, the staff is very kind and efficient and the rooms are understated and lovely. It is an exceptional hotel. We just came back from a two night stay and have already booked a return for our wedding anniversary.

Disappointing for the enormous price tag
This is a very expensive hotel. We paid over 1200 euros per night and frankly, it was disappointing and we wouldn't return.
The hotel is in a lovely location and has stunning views. It has two pools, which are both small but lovely. The breakfast was excellent - really good choice - although service was slow at times. The room had a comfortable bed, a powerful shower, and the wine and cake on arrival were nice touches.
The value for money is sadly, very poor. At this price point, I would expect a lot more. We stayed three nights at a similar hotel in Aix before arriving here that was half the price and just as good, if not better.
In terms of negatives:
Small room - we had a 'deluxe room'. I would have expected much bigger. The furniture was squashed in, it wasn't somewhere you would wish to spend any time other than asleep. No balcony - outrageous at this price. No full length mirror. No bath, only a shower.
Surcharges for certain items at breakfast - again, at this price, additional costs are not justified. Also 20 euros surcharge to have breakfast in room, again unacceptable at 1200 euros per night.
Not enough sunbeds - we were unable to get a sunbed on the day we arrived.
Long wait at reception - there are several reception staff, yet most seem to ignore you when you approach.
One of the bars (where there is entertainment) not open Monday and Tuesday, even in high season. Baffling.
Inconsistent in terms of attention to detail. For example, housekeepers taking one of our keys away that we left in the slot by the room door, they didn’t replace coffee cup in room when I'd used it. Again, at this price, you would expect perfection.

Dissapointed
We were disappointed with our experience. My wife and I both ordered the John Dory fish and over the following few days we both felt nauseous and unwell. At first we didn’t pay too much attention to it but looking back the fish did seem questionable and not particularly fresh my wife mentioned a strong smell
We also overheard a young woman with short hair making fun of American customers from a distance. To each their own sure, but doing this within earshot of guests felt rude and unprofessional.
