Pleasant and welcoming establishment

A very pleasant 1 week spent in this hotel.
Excellent welcome from all the staff.
Comfortable and clean room.
Breakfasts with a variety of choices and quality products, some of which are local.
Small but pleasant and well-maintained swimming pool.

Far, very far from a 4-star

It is honestly not a 4-star…
The staff is certainly welcoming.
The place, the rooms are really not up to par, not to mention the cleanliness which is truly deplorable.
The tiny pool with a view of the breakfast room….
I do not recommend

A good stopover hotel

This hotel is definitely a travellers hotel, which we stayed in for one night. Comfortable and clean with lovely staff and excellent breakfast in an ideal location after a long, delayed train journey from London. Due to our late arrival the receptionist helped us sort our dinner, just across the road from the hotel.

Fortunately, the staff is friendly

2 nights in this hotel advertised as 4 stars: small rooms, stools as a bedside table, traces on skirting boards and walls, etc... I contacted the staff orally (very friendly anyway!) to explain my disappointment, I am changed room... for the same but with a decoration (there was none in the first room!!) and a balcony... in poor condition! Disappointed, I sent an explanatory and non-aggressive email dated March 9 with photos in support of the management and the hotel reception. This one was received by the recipients.... I told them not to necessarily want to give my opinion on the internet, but just to explain my disappointment. Having no answer, I conclude that the opinions of the customers are irrelevant. So it seems fair to say to potential future guests that if they choose this hotel, they may be disappointed! Very disappointed...
