Correct for price
Hotel unpretentious but at this price you should not ask too much.
For my part I found the room clean, air conditioned and comfortable bed.
Pleasant surprise with a very hearty breakfast buffet.
Perhaps we should descale the kettle that needs it!
Really, for the price there's nothing to say.

Unbearable and ... known interior noises!
After a sleepless night due to a perpetual hum - which came from the lingerie (adjoining room 1), I reported the problem to an employee who implied that the hotel was sold out when we had booked well in advance... She told me that the noise probably came from outside, which I strongly disputed because I spent the night looking for where it came from, opened the windows (no outside noise observed). This noise is located at the radiator close to the TV and therefore WELL INTERIOR to this room. She finished to admit that the hotel knew the problem!!! I do not dispute the comfort of this room except maybe the view of pigeons' scavengers, rainwater stains under the window, the toilet glass broken, the wifi absent and some holes in the walls but on the other hand, the big acoustic problem that is not developed and which urgently requires insulation if you want to rest... After many claims by email for compensation, the hotel makes "the dead"!!! I do not recommend this hotel for handling such problems!

Hotel to renovate
Pros: very surprised by the level of dilapidated state of the room. Level that had not been reported to us at Welcoming (no bulbs to the elements of bedside tables, broken closet). Wifi even though reported existing, we were not able to find it at all. And no one at Welcoming to receive these points orally.
Pluses: recent bathroom and air conditioning in place. However, we slept well there.
Hotel seems to lack maintenance.
