The 106 subscription?

So do you realize that every time my friend books a room we always give him the same room... 106...absolutely every time....I told him that this is the last time we accept this room, in principle, because what does it mean?
I will not comment on the other negative points because for me this subscription to the 106 is already big and shameful.
Are there any people to whom this happens or are we the only ones??
What is certain is that my friend is polite and conciliatory and it is to his credit but I am not going to accept this once again.

A good hotel

We stayed at this hotel for 1 night, before flying to Orly.
The hotel is located about 10/12 minutes walk from metro station 14 which connects Orly and the center of Paris.
The staff was nice.
The hotel and room were clean, the bedding comfortable. The only problem: the open shower, the Italian way, and we put water everywhere.
The hotel was quiet but we were there a weekend (Rungis market closed) so there were few people.
We did not test the breakfast.

Value for money correct

Pros: all the staff from the reception to the stayer iu in the house are professional and pleasant. The restsursnt is very good for kes meals at lunch and in the evening with a varied menu of the day.
Point of Improvement: The room is simple, cold decor, broken tile floor in the bathroom with rain slab unsealed. Very noisy room, in the evening with groups of people leaving the restaurant and from 5:30 in the morning with traffic in the parking lot.
Bikan: Value for money correct if occasional 1 to 2 nights, to avoid if professional regular or several consecutive nights.
