Nice hotel 10 minutes from the lake

Friendly staff who are attentive to our needs.
Fantastic setting with a view of the mountains.
The hotel restaurant is incredible and serves fresh products. Very good value for money.
10 minutes from the beaches, 5 minutes from the supermarket and the village.
Lots of hikes nearby.
A big plus for the SPA and Sandrine's welcome.
Pleasantly surprised by the quiet, despite the road below and the industrial area nearby.

Great hotel.

Came for 3 days for a motorcycle event, the hotel is excellent! We were able to enjoy the pool and the air conditioning in this heat. The team is very professional, attentive, and super friendly. The food was of high quality . Very clean hotel.
I highly recommend it ☝️

Too expensive

Hotel all alone probably in Chorges, so high price for the service. Yes there is the swimming pool and the beautiful gym. Sauna hammam for 25€ far too expensive for this style of establishment.
Room starting to age. Bed and pillows far too closed.
Evening menu at the restaurant 39€, expensive.
Welcome by a young woman in tracksuit, not great. A good check out. In the end, high prices.

Good but commercially disappointed

After an afternoon, quiet at the spa very appreciable with trained hostesses. We continued the evening at the restaurant.....!
Welcoming, a delicious meal, unfortunately long hair like my forearm during the hot dish!! Beurk .
End of meal everything was very good except that we could have left for hygiene rule??
NO??
For an invoice of 147€ just for dinner, a single commercial gesture a coffee offered is not even 1€ at the price of a shot of coffee!!
Very unfortunate and a shame to retain visitors and customers of the region! A top team being a profession but no responsibility of the managers when there is a problem!
