relaxation stay

Very good stay at the Aigue Marine residence. The welcome was pleasant. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. The residence is quiet, well-maintained, and ideally located near the beaches and shops. We particularly appreciated the relaxing setting as well as the beautiful view.

At the beach just like at home!

For our wedding, we reserved several apartments (and the entirety of the accommodations for two nights) at the Aigue Marine Residence. The welcome was warm and attentive; all the apartments have a sea view; the view from the pool is breathtaking; the residence is very beautiful and with the recent renovations (we saw the before and after) it is only getting better!
The staff is professional, smiling, and very attentive.
They knew all our guests' names by heart, who also felt at home (but a beautiful home facing the beach).
Thank you very much to everyone for contributing to the magic of our wedding!

Mixed opinion

This property is well placed , top sea view and space is good.
The ground floor studios are aging; we were told that a renovation is planned this winter.
Nevertheless, we paid the same price as those renovated upstairs.

The beach of the residence is not great, because they are rocks and algae.

Nice View, but Very Basic and Slightly Worn Out

We stayed in a first floor studio for two nights. The view over the Golfe of Ajaccio is very nice, and breakfast on the patio is a great treat (dinner is more impacted by mosquitoes - which seem to be "reside" in the area).
As it was low season, reception is not permanently occupied (we had to wait for almost 30 minutes upon arrival until someone turned up) - but the "guardian" is very friendly and helpful (you need to be able to communicate in French, though). Such helpfulness is needed, as the studios are devoid of any supplies (even no soap or toilet paper).
There is no WiFi in the studios, only some patchy coverage in the reception area - where there is no seating space...
Studios and residence are worn out and are in need of refurbishment - disappointing for a nightly rate of EUR 150,- in low season.
You need a car to get to the next decent beach and supermarket.
I wonder what kind of holiday you can spend at the residence: Far too expensive for budget holidays and too basic for up-scale... and you can get many other places in Corsica with good views of the sea !
