newly renevated

very nice and good location. near creteil soleil mall. personnel very friendly and helpfull.
we didn`t have breakfest so I don`t know about it. Mall not far so the metro line about 200 m. very quiet area.

Bad crowd screaming

Frankly deplorable hotel. 3 drunk people insulting and screaming in a neighboring room. It looks like they are turning the room upside down. No intervention. I do not recommend this hotel if you want to spend a quiet night

Not bad , but...

Good enough if you catch some discount prices, otherwise think about it, can be quite expensive for this location. Metro line is not far, and you need around 20-25 min until you reach Paris center.
Generally My room was clean, I've stayed there for 5 days (on business trip), but they haven't changed sheets during my stay...
It was very difficult to communicate with staff, but they were nice and polite.
I would say this hotel should be in the bottom of your list, if you are planning to visit Paris.

would not recommend

I usually go by tripadvisor review. So I choice it over booking.com review. Sorry to say I should have went with booking. The only thing I can say that was nice about this hotel was we had parking.
The front desk people, None of them could understand what we asked. We had to ask three times for extra towels, never got them to the next morning.
As the saying goes. you pay for what you get for. The hotel is not clean. My nephew found hair in his bed. There is nothing extra in this hotel. Hallways smelled. The carpet looked dirty.
We paid extra for breakfast. Well I have stayed in a lot of European hotels and this breakfast was bad. For Euros you got ceral, milk and bread and a hard boiled egg. I requested the refund for the breakfast. For 27 euros I can go to the grocery store and get a lot.
If we were staying more then one day in Paris I would have left..

The hotel was clean on the surface. Once in our room we pulled the sheet back on the second bed and found it covered in hair. one small pillow per person. The room air conditioner did not funtion properly. No English channels on the TV. We had three people and only two towels, we asked repeatadly for additional towels and finally got them on the day we checked out. We also had to contend with a bad oder in the hallways. If you do decide to go take your own breakfast as the 9 euro breakfast has to be one of the smallest and worst european breakfast we have encountered in the 7 countries and numerous hotels we have stayed in. The breakfast offered yogert, bread, and cerial. No meats or the other items associated with traditional breakfasts.
