To avoid

Room worthy of a Formula 1, and even that is unkind to F1. Dirty bed, outdated toilet, dirty room, poorly maintained, in short, run away. I sent you the photos of the rooms via Messenger but received no response for room 208

Kevin (half French / half Irish nationality) who was working at reception upon our arrival was fabulous! He was kind, courteous and extremely helpful too, advising me on the best way to return to Euro Disney, and also where to park and which trains to get, to get into Paris the following day, writing everything down for me.
The room was lovely, having a balcony was a bonus, and the view of the river was amazing.
Negative point - there wasn’t any aircon!
As it was about 27 degrees in the evening, the room was like an above. ~ and there was only a small fan in the room. I tried to find a plug socket close to the tv (foot of the bed area) but there wasn’t one. So plugged it in one side of the bed, and balanced the fan on a chair.
Slept well on the comfy bed.
The shower was lovely! Overhead shower, with also a handheld shower head too … along with 3 circular sprays that spray your body from the side.
We didn’t eat in the hotel, so can’t comment on the food. I bought 2 bottles of Diet Coke from the bar which were €5 each which I thought was quite over priced.
The British chap who was on reception in the morning was also very helpful and friendly.
Despite no aircon (during a heatwave) I would still recommend the hotel

Not sure how some of these get 8 or 9 rating. No air conditioning, stain on ceiling, , down a dark road, very small and 30 min drive to Disney when you’re only 2 miles away. Quiet sleep made up for some of it.

Quality of food in decline

Disappointed by the quality of the meals, salmon accompanied by tasteless and overcooked sorrel spaghetti.
Medium exotic dessert, extremely hard cake base.
I noticed that the chef had changed.. too bad because the place is magical and the service very nice.

Désolé de constater votre déception.
Nous essayerons de trouver des solutions pour que la qualité revienne à la hauteur de vos attentes : peut être effectivement que le chef à l'essai n'est pas à la hauteur de ce que l'on attend de lui... Nous lui en parlerons.
A réessayer plus tard alors ?
