Good table and good sleep
"The Canalou relay" is easy to access, in addition private parking is offered behind the hotel. In scorching temperatures the pool was welcome, the water temperatures were pleasant.
The welcome of the staff is nice, all the decoration, furniture, access, rooms,..., ask to be a little refreshed.
The rooms are good size, comfortable bedding, pity the shower is equipped with a curtain...
The evening meal on the terrace was pleasant, the dishes served: Entrecôte, Duck, Salmon, Salad Lyonnaise/Canalou,..., everything was perfect, as well as cooking and accompaniments.
But... "Mr. Seguin's salad" tainted the meal, the dish was little consumed.
Goat cheese tasted bad, the toasted bread crumb that accompanied the dish did not seem to be toasted.
The manager of the kitchens called, just said: ah yes instead of toasting the bread, they were mistaken, it was steamed, unfortunately it had to pay the 17€, without little compensation, we stayed on our end, disappointed, for the establishment it was perhaps normal..?
Overall this hotel has assets, we needed rest...it satisfied us.

I will not return.
Clean room. Very narrow bathroom. If you want to go to the sink, you must close the door. Bathtub without a shower curtain.

For breakfast, upon arrival, I was asked which pastry I would like. Not understanding this question, she told me that upon your arrival, no one asked you that question. No, they forgot. We are going to the breakfast room. So, no pastries. Bread to cut yourself without a napkin to hold it. All the customers' hands have been on it. In the fridge, a bit of cold cuts. Hard-boiled eggs and cheese. As for waste, well done, there should be none.
A bit of dried fruits. Fresh fruits come directly from the fridge and then to us.
I asked for yogurt or cottage cheese. There isn't any. My husband found the coffee not very good despite the sugar and milk. I did not taste it.
She just came to us.
Only the croissants that come out of the oven (frozen and not cooked inside). Disappointing breakfast. Whereas at the last Première Classe hotel in Rodez. I received the pastries and yogurt without asking for them. And here it’s not the same price.
I like Logis hotels, but this one is nothing like what I expected in a Logis Erik.
As I turned around, someone put a napkin on the bread!!!!
In short, I will not return to this hotel.

Unhealthy room for people with reduced mobility
During our stay we were accommodated in a room for people with reduced mobility which is located in the courtyard outside the hotel. The condition of the room was unsanitary: broken tiles, mold, dirt, exposed electrical wires... (evidence in photos). We immediately made a claim. The staff, very friendly and attentive, directed us to the property manager, who eventually offered to relocate to an AirBnB he owned right in front of the hotel, a solution we accepted.
However, the problem remains unsolved, this room, which is unhealthy and far from meeting the expected standards, continues to be rented to people with disabilities. This raises serious doubts as to the compliance with hygiene and accessibility standards in this establishment.

Nous tenons à préciser que nos chambres PMR sont parfaitement salubres et conformes aux normes, situées sur notre terrasse pour garantir confort et accessibilité.
Lors de votre séjour, vous nous avez signalé un problème concernant le rideau de douche et autres détails, que nous avons immédiatement pris en compte et remplacés.
Nous avons agi rapidement suite à vos retours, mais nous tenons à rassurer que nos hébergements respectent bien les standards d’hygiène et de sécurité.

Cosy small french hotel, but it is stuck in the 90's and needs a makeover. The wallpaper on our room had started to loosen from the walls, and the bathroom light didn't work. The staff tried to fix it, but wasn't able to. (We were allowed to use the bathroom in another vacant room instead, so they did their best to solve the issue). Hopefully the next family staying in their 4 bed room will be able to turn on the lights.
Breakfast was suprisingly nice, croissants and baguettes, some cereals and a few types of meat and cheese and jam.
