Perfect

I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights during the 4th heatwave, Candice was of unparalleled kindness, thank you for helping me out. A 15 m2 air-conditioned room on the 2nd floor, very clean.
There are higher-category hotels that should take note...
On the terrace, there are always lounge chairs in the shade, no matter the time. The pool is pleasant in this heat, open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. I did not try the breakfast.

Nice hotel and pleasant stay

Very well located, very quiet place.
Beautiful old house, tastefully decorated, which is the case with all rooms.
We enjoyed our stay as well as the breakfasts.
We generously used strawberries tagada:-)
Excellent welcome by the housewife who gave us all the necessary recommendations and advice.
We will return without hesitation.

Beautiful property

Very nice family property , nice neat decoration . Very friendly welcome. Swimming pool .Little flat , wet room , in the morning , the windows were covered with fog , the clothes were wet . the breakfast was disappointing , hyper sweet orange juice, cooked omelet , no bacon , no regional product.

Disappointing. We cancelled return bookings we had made.

When we arrived, the proprietor told us the room we had booked (large room next to the pool) had been allocated to other guests. We were given a small room on the second floor (no elevator) instead. (Why hadn't we been informed prior to our arrival? No answer.) During our stay the hotel was untidy. Guests using the pool had left their clothed & towels all over the place. There was food stored in the corridors. The landing stairs were covered in linoleum. There was a hole in the floor of ourbathroom. The breakfast room was turned into a treatment room after breakfast (the Thai Paralympic team was staying here). There was a very limited bar service, and this was closed after 8 p.m. The breakfast was entirely Thai, no eggs, bacon, bread, butter or jam. The facilities did not look at all like the photos on the hotel's web site. The hotel had no restaurant, and the restaurant recommended by the proprietor was a long walk away in a not very attractive art of Bourgoin.
We had stopped here on the way to Italy, and were planning on staying here again on the return trip with our son's & daughter's families. We didn't!

A nice surprise!

A nice surprise for a family stopover! The room was clean and well decorated! The breakfast on top and the host really welcoming and helpful
Special mention for the pool, a real pleasure after hours of driving.
