Good experience

It was a good experience, we arrived around 12 at night .We were mistaken to enter the reservation code and when calling the emergency phone a very friendly boy opened us and made the
Check in without problem.
The room was clean and smelled like freshly washed clothes.
The next morning despite not having paid for breakfast we were invited to have coffee from the buffet.

catastrophic

Very bright photos are non-contractual. They certainly come from the Accor Group's image bank. The reality is less pleasant. I can’t believe that this establishment can still carry the Ibis brand. It's been in his juice since it was created. Everything else is confirmed by the customers, trapped like me.
Respect however to the person of the Welcoming who does his best, alone, to welcome guests, take care of breakfast, be in the kitchen...

Horrific experience

Awful, dirty room, hair in the shower, pillow with several tasks and strong smell very unpleasant, no towel for the shower and the curtain (of the shower) is also dirty! Night complicated by the heat, leaving the window open bugs arrive. And at the top, a cockroach in the bedroom. Run away! Worse hotel! To fleee!!!!

Hotel to escape! It's a shame to dare to rent things that don't look like the pictures at all! Mould on the windows! Broken windows that stay open! Clean up not done! For breakfast at 7:30, there was nothing left; when we asked to have more, the person at the reception reacted as if they were disturbed! The staff at the front desk is lamentable and haughty. I won't leave it at that to get a full refund! A report to the repression of fraud will be made!
