Place to discover

Very nice place despite being in town, very quiet with air conditioning at the top and that can be regulated itself and a warm hostess who serves very good jams, I recommend and in addition comfortable rooms and very clean

Horrible people... tasteless places ..empty of life

Heinous people even outside their work...very arrogant.. to avoid if you are looking for friendliness and good humor...the majority of reviews are unfavorable...maybe they should close and reconvert working without human contact it would fit them better...and this mistaste...in places and on them....

Stopover

These people are not suitable and the accommodation terribly outdated, so are the linens. It was clean or we would have left.
We were unlucky that all restaurants were closed on Monday. Car was allowed on private property. Breakfast simple.

Hyper noisy, uncomfortable bedding, outdated decor. Not commercial

All of us, it's hard to believe all these positive testimonies.
No one mentioned that the rooms are on the main avenue of Elne and that it is so noisy night and day.We had rented several rooms and no one could sleep.
Attention for some of you , stairs to access the rooms is very very vertical . The bedding has more than largely done its time , very hard mattresses with the hollows and the hump in the middle , raplapla pillows, a super heavy duvet dating from decades ago, only one towel per person, disheveled . Microscopic telegraph. Shower cabin of old 60 X 60 cm. Liquid hand soap in all rooms practically empty ,1 finger filled , one smells pingrerie . At a certain time a cord with so-called an alarm, bars access to the living room. Not at all friendly. At Reservation the pressure of the exact time of arrival. Twice I was entitled to “I have a life me”. She rents several rooms yet and we are out of season ....
We counted the breakfasts not taken, quite profitable considering the number we were.
Decor really dated.
In short you will understand that this place is especially to avoid for all these reasons.

Nous affichons des horaires afin de vous permettre d’être sûr que nous soyons présents sur ces périodes. En cas de difficultés, nous aménageons ces horaires d’accueil en fonction de vos besoins et selon nos possibilités. Vous avez d’ailleurs pu en profiter.
Malgré cela à votre arrivée vous n’avez pas hésité à discuter le prix de la chambre que vous aviez pourtant réservé. Vous nous avez proposé de nous mettre dans l’illégalité en ne vous facturant pas les impôts et taxes correspondant à votre location. Cette démarche était particulièrement déplacée, nous ne pouvions donc accepter. Nous avons toutefois accepté, à nos frais, un rabais sur votre chambre.
Ce fait est certainement à l’origine de votre mécontentement mais n’excuse en rien les commentaires mensongers que vous avez pu écrire. Un des plus fragrants est celui de la douche 60 x 60 !!! Cette déclaration est facilement vérifiable et nos hôtes passés et futurs ne manqueront pas de mettre en avant votre mauvaise foi. Il est vraiment dommage que votre comportement ne vous ait pas permis de profiter pleinement de notre établissement.

you can go to a good place

We went for one night. It was an old house renovated and very cozy. Madame Lourence very nice. When I booked I didn't take into account if there was an elevator. There wasn't one and I am on crutches due to an operation. Well, he had reserved a room for us on the 2nd floor and he immediately changed it for us to the 1st. I think the breakfast was very normal, although it was good. Croissant, a roll, butter and jam (good) and coffee with milk all good. But I insist the best deal with the owner. Thank you very much Laurence a bientôt et merci for your attentions
