Well worth making a special effort to visit

We have been cycling across France and our two night stay at Le Petit Chou will be the highlight of our trip. The rooms are lovely and the dinner is an experience not to be missed. We could have stayed for much longer. Entraygues sur Truyere is a beautiful place and there is no better place to stay than Le Petit Chou.

Lovely bijou B&B with roomy comfortable rooms and nice breakfast

Booked into Le Petit Chou as part of a cycle trip to Marseille. The owner kindly let us store our bikes inside the restaurant that was closed at the time. The room was very roomy and comfortable with a lovely bathroom. Breakfast was fresh with a great selection of jams and teas. It was nice to stay in a unique B&B rather than a soulless hotel. The owner spoke good English which was greatly appreciated.

Wonderful place to stay.

This is a lovely B&B, decor is beautiful. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Wonderful large towels, also washcloths.
Coffee and tea maker in room.
Breakfast was delicious and plentiful.
There is a wonderful restaurant attached to the B&B, it was truly gourmet. Would definitely stay again. The owner has exquisite taste .

Perfect

Congratulations to the host of this stunning B&B for the incredible effort he has put in to making this B&B the most beautiful place. The amount of thought and detail put into all the styling is commendable. We had 3 nights here and loved every minute. The rooms are all individually styled and are very comfortable. We stayed in Olive and had the luxury of a large beautiful bathroom. The teas and coffees supplied in the rooms are fabulous.
The breakfast each morning was an absolute treat. The juice, yogurt, fruit purée, croissants and breads were Devine. The tea menu is outstanding. The breakfast room is so quaint with lots of goodies to purchase.
The restaurant next door was outstanding.
We 4 Aussies would like to thank our host for all his efforts. He works so hard to make everything perfect.

Lovely place, poor host

This should have been a lovely stay. A super chambre d'hote in the middle of this beautiful town. We had the Framboise room, large and spacious,overlooking the place. We arrived on a Sunday evening, not late, 6.55pm to be greeted by a very sullen man. He showed us to the room, sighing at every opportunity, showed us the minimum, gave us the key, asked us what time we wanted breakfast, what we wanted for breakfast, indicated the telephone number on the key fob and then left. The next morning he was no more cheery, he did not crack a smile once throught breakfast - we were the only ones eating, which was very pleasant beside him. The next day, there were a few more residents and he was equally rude, uncommunicative and sullen. Really, if you are that uphappy, you are clearly in the wrong job monsieur! A great location with so much potential but sadly spoilt by his attitude.

You may be dissatisfied with our services and our establishment may not suit you in its style, but I will not let you say that I am a badly uplifted, impolite or even insulting person. I respect my clientele when it respects our work and my establishment. I welcome our clientele as we do in small hotels when our home and not like some guest houses 'like buddies' yes I can conceive it. No I do not despise you and not I have been doing craft by passion for 15 years ... I fight every day to make live my small establishment so I will not change profession although sometimes we must face contempt for our work . But luckily all of our customers see, notice the personal investment and passion put into our home.
We look forward to seeing you again in our establishment to make you change your mind.
