Welcoming staff

Welcoming and professional staff, great location on the edge of the old town, well maintained and clean, great food, great selection of food at breakfast. My room had an opening window and a fan. (No air conditioning, as was clear from the hotel listing)

Hotel to avoid

Forced to call the owner at 11:30 p.m. to report a permanent thud in the room. Completely defective shower mixer impossible to shower. No recognition of the owner despite all these reports.

Pass your way

The only positive is the sympathy of the staff. For the rest flee!!! The rooms are dilapidated, mold in the shower tray, no light that works in the bathroom. Hygiene is far from perfect. Lack of choice in meals. The waitress introduces us to the leftovers that are infamous when we had warned for months that we are going to have dinner on site. Not enough quantity for all. We haven't finished our meals. No quality, no freshness on the plates. Breakfast is no better.

Avoid this hotel

It’s dirty because it’s old. The toilet and shower on the landing next to room 206 ensure you wake up at 7am thanks to the lack of respect of people who pee hard and cheerfully slam the doors all night.
Arrived at 6pm, there were already 4 chocolate breads for breakfast the next day...

Regrettable

Friendly staff, on the other hand , tiny first bedroom, dust on furniture, bathroom Dirty and mold on the ceiling and in the shower. After complaining, we were offered to upgrade ourselves to a room that was just as dirty. In the third room proposed, slightly more acceptable surface, nevertheless mold still present, difficult adjustment of the water (defective mixer).We had to stay 3 days , we shortened to 2 days, when we announced our departure, we were offered once again a new room even larger, with carpeting with the unpleasant smell. The positive is that the manager acknowledged the inconvenience, and gave us a discount on the stay. We believe that the staff were understanding but disillusioned with the lack of technical and financial resources.
