A beautiful discovery.

Ideally located in the center of the village. Magnificent park. Staff is attentive. Comfortable room. No false notes.

Disappointing

When booking the room, I based my decision on the photos from the website. I was misled. The room is decent but nothing more; however, the view is unacceptable. Facing the window, just 1 meter away, there is a wooden fence about to fall, and behind it, there is a whole set of heat pump motors and kitchen noise. Moreover, the room is not well soundproofed. You can hear noises from the hallway and the sounds of the heat pump motors. All of this means that you do not get a good night's rest.
On the other hand, the room service and the ladies who take care of cleaning the rooms are excellent. They are very welcoming, smiling, and available. They give you good advice about the surroundings, restaurants, and places to visit.

Long Wait, Poor Pizza and an Unprofessional Atmosphere

To whom this may concern, we visited Hotel du Parc as a family of six on 10 June 2026 and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The wait for our pizzas was excessive, taking approximately one hour to arrive. For such a simple order, this delay was difficult to understand and significantly affected our meal. When the pizzas finally arrived, they were far from enjoyable. The amount of cheese and oil was overwhelming, to the point that the pizzas were practically swimming in grease. Rather than tasting balanced and fresh, they felt heavy, soggy, and poorly prepared. The overall atmosphere was not helped by a waitress who spent time singing around the restaurant while customers were waiting for food. Some guests may find this entertaining, but given the long delay and the quality of the meal, it came across as unprofessional and out of touch with the situation. What should have been a pleasant family meal turned into a frustrating experience. Between the one-hour wait, the excessively greasy pizzas, and the lack of attention to customer experience, this was one of the most disappointing restaurant visits we have had in a long time. Unfortunately, based on this experience, we would not return and cannot recommend it.

Lovely hotel in pretty location but bathroom flooded

Stayed here one night on a bike tour. Lovely central riverside location, pretty gardens and great staff. Secure bike storage nearby. Room was quiet and comfortable but the shower drain was badly blocked and flooded bathroom and bedroom within minutes of first use. The hotel staff were great and fixed the problem immediately, but the carpet remained very wet for the rest of our stay and was starting to smell by the time we checked out. The shower must have been becoming blocked for a long time to get that bad so it’s disappointing it hadn’t been noticed by the hotel and fixed before we arrived. If we’d had a longer stay booked I’d have insisted on a new room given the wet carpet, and it was surprising one wasn’t offered. However, otherwise a very good stay so 4 stars (would have been 5 otherwise)

Nice place

We spent a night in a superior room. The room is beautiful, and the king-size bed is comfortable. The only regret is the somewhat outdated bathroom. The shower is large, but the plumbing is impractical and from another era (it's difficult to shower without getting water everywhere). In short, we expected better for a hotel of this category. The breakfast is very good. A nice bonus is that the hotel has parking and a park along the Sorgue. Pets are allowed.
