Both were exceptionally kind, professional, and helpful. They took the time to assist me with everything I needed and made the whole experience smooth and welcoming. Their positive attitude and excellent service contributed greatly to my stay.
Thank you for the warm welcome and hospitality. I would be happy to stay here again and would gladly recommend this hotel to others visiting Fontainebleau.

Small hotel full of charm and kindness
All the staff is kind and attentive in case of need
We had a little delay to get our room and without asking anything we were offered an evening aperitif at the restaurant to apologize, and we were kindly offered a drink to wait - thank you! All this is lost over the years and it is very nice to be received like this.
We had a very nice room with a small terrace area, everything was there to relax a maximum - we will keep a very good memory of your establishment

Many thanks to the entire hotel team for this impeccable and extremely warm Welcoming. We feel immediately good, and it’s thanks to all the little hands who work passionately to make this place exceptional. We will definitely be back!
The location is ideal, right next to the castle, with parking on the weapons square making the stay even more convenient. Special mention for brunch: a real delight, refined and generous, a moment of pleasure in its own right.
If we had to find some small areas of improvement, it might be the salt shakers, because the salt is a little too big and it is not ideal for health, as well as the curtains that are not completely blackout and let in light early in the morning. But finally, waking up to the beauty of this city is well worth these details.
