A very unfavourable reception
· A big thank you to the night watchman who opened the restaurant room that was planned to be open on the booking schedule and Google as well as at the entrance until 8pm on Saturday he did not want to see us take our dinner on the outdoor table between 2 and 4 degrees and moreover a microphone being available to customers outside has a height of two meters and a stepladder made available.
· For the hotel manager and management Why this negative review! . Before booking I always look at the customer reviews and the services attributed to the guests. When I see that the benefits are not honored and applied it annoys me. When I see that it is impossible to reach the manager and the customer service it annoys me. A cette saison , selon la fréquentation le week-end nous assurons un service "minimum" mais il y a toujours une personne à l'hôtel, en l’occurrence un veilleur de nuit , et les arrivées sont exceptionnellement assurées par une borne automatique , dont vous avez reçu tous les renseignements par mail dans la journée.Le week end de votre venu vous étiez les seuls clients, et nous ne mobilisons pas du personnel de réception dans ce cas, notre super veilleur de nuit fait très bien son travail!
Vous l'avez d'ailleurs rencontré, puisqu’il vous a ouvert les portes de la salle des petits déjeuners où vos avez pu vous restaurer.
Le lendemain matin , le petit déjeuner était servi comme à son habitude.
Nous avons un peu de mal à comprendre l'objet de votre courou étant donné que vous avez eu votre chambre et vous avez mangé au chaud.
Nous vous souhaitons un très bon début d'année .
L'indulgence est la clé de la compréhension.

Near motorway. Didn’t like the fact that we stayed there for secure parking, however the gate would not lock, so it wasn’t secure. Not staffed all night, lapse of security.

Not serious.

I could not know if the hotel is good or not since they cancelled my reservation because "double booking", with the nerve to offer "a free cancellation SI confirmed within 24 hours" (when they are the origin of the cancellation), and to book two rooms instead of the one for 3 people that I had booked, at "preferential" rate but which was more expensive to me at the end.
Shameful.

Have stayed here many times for the convenience of the location on my usual route. Facilities and staff helpful. On this trip there were more issues with the wifi connection but the young lady in reception was a big help but admitted the speed was sometimes slow and not that strong. Otherwise very good. Breakfast very good value
