At the foot of the Dentelles de Montmirail

We spent ten days at the Les Florets hotel in Gigondas, and I have nothing to complain about regarding the location, the welcome, the valuable advice from Mr. and his son about the wines, where we discovered some gems from the region, the kindness and smile of the student who served us during our meals, and also a big shout-out to the chef for his cuisine. Additionally, thank you to him for the small changes he made to certain dishes to satisfy us. I have searched in vain; I cannot find a negative point.
Unfortunately, I cannot name everyone, but our compliments also go to the entire staff who are attentive to our requests and always with a smile.

Stay in the countryside

The room was well furnished but quite small. A small swimming pool invites relaxation. Quiet location at the foot of the Dentelles.

The best of France!!!

Les Florets is more than a a hotel. You have to enjoy the lovely meals to get the full experience. We were lucky to have good weather for a few days so we could enjoy breakfast and dinner outdoors on the terrace. The staff were all very welcoming and after a few days we felt like family. We drank a few wines from La Garrique which is owned by relatives of the proprietors. We enjoyed every one. It’s the way to experience the real France. We will be back.

Very good stay.

The location is idyllic: a green setting, a view of the Dentelles, a pool, and a garden with plenty of little spots furnished with chairs or loungers.
The rooms are rather rustic: large, clean, and well-decorated, but without air conditioning or a kettle.
Very good bedding.
Attention for people with reduced mobility: no elevator and stairs everywhere, as the property is on the side of a hill.
Very good restaurant with a wide selection of wine.
And an efficient and pleasant service.
Minor downsides:
1- the wifi is very weak.
2- it would have been nice and not very expensive to offer bottles of cold water upon arrival, especially when it is very hot, or just to have a water fountain available at the reception.

Un grand merci pour votre commentaire. Nous sommes ravis que vous avez passé un bon moment parmi nous.
Permettrez-moi cependant de préciser pour les lecteurs que nos chambres sont bien équipées de climatisation et que pour pallier à l'absence de bouilloires dans certaines chambres, nous offrons les boissons chaudes (café, thé, infusion) toute la journée au bar. Pour l'eau, sur demande, nous nous aurions fait un plaisir de vous donner des petites bouteilles d'eau. Nous ne préférons pas laisser en chambres afin d'éviter que les clients aient à boire des bouteilles chaudes. Pour information, le soir en bas des escaliers, nous mettons à disposition des petites bouteilles d'eau plates et gazeuses fraîches pour la nuit.
En espérant avoir le plaisir de vous recevoir une fois prochaine.

Lovely

We had dinner here several years back. Thierry was so warm and inviting, the meal so good, that we returned for a stay. And again, Thierry, his family and staff were extremely welcoming. The location is serene and just perfection.
