Stay away.

Well, it's not even worth the price. Clearly, you have to stop looking for low prices.
10 minutes to get hot water, smell of tobacco in the rooms. Half-rotten truck in the parking lot. Receptionist who speaks 3 words of French. No breakfast.
Avoid at all costs. Go to the Première Classe next door, I think it's better.

A decent clean room, with towels replaced daily. That's all you can expect from this hotel. On the other hand, despite the amenities listed in the description, don't expect to have a breakfast, there's just... none. The spa is pure imagination, and is it reasonably honest to call a dull room only furnished with tables and chairs a "kid-friendly area" ? To my opinion, only workers who are used to spend a couple of days in tough conditions should consider this place.

Reviews Glisy Hotel Personal

The Hotel Glisy Hotel is of fair quality, they advertise private free parking but the parking barrier is open 24 hours a day.
The rooms are low-end, with only one microwave available for the entire hotel in the main hallway (which is just for warming up and not cooking).
Guests of the Glisy Hotel are mainly people of Albanian, Russian and Indu origin, it did not bother us in any way, but next time we will only go directly to the 1st Class which offers a breakfast at 5 € from 6:00 to 9:00, and in addition the parking is closed from 11:00 to 6:00 in the morning.
At the price of the room for 3 people max at 50 € , there is no better value for money than the 1st Class.
I advise the Glisy Hotel to no one, you might be disappointed, the money does not throw out the windows.
Besides, the Rue des Indés Noir looks like a throat cutter (it's cold in the back).

Some remarks on the state of cleanliness, and small renovation work to be planned, toilet, shower ..
For one night enough!, 45 euros anyway
Sanitary, and shower in the room, which is good but improve the quality for the price

No staff work during the night, very noisy all night people arguing going in and out of various rooms. Corridors had no lighting. Very unpleasant and unsafe. I don’t recommend and I won’t be staying again. Awful experience
