Hotel Les Rives nudi elegantno moderne i luksuzne sobe, od kojih neke imaju vlastitu privatnu terasu. Nalazi se u Domaine du Lac, u kojem se nalazi i Hotel Du Lac. Sve sobe sadrže TV ravnog ekrana, telefon i TV ravnog ekrana s kabelskim programima.

The hotel has a problem with the key cards for opening doors, so a key is attached to the card and this key is a pass for all the rooms..... not great.
The breakfast is very complete, it's a shame it is spoiled by a very unpleasant young waitress.
Otherwise the rooms are very good, a more thorough cleaning would not hurt them. The air conditioning works
We did not have lunch or dinner there.

A costly disappointment!
Upon our arrival, we were greeted by an older lady who unfortunately made us feel unwelcome from the very beginning. Her demeanor seemed distant, unwelcoming, and not very hospitable.
After the long journey from Germany, we wanted to enjoy a cool drink at the bar first. The same lady was also responsible for the bar service and informed us that she was very busy and therefore could not serve us individually. Thus, all members of our group had to gather together before we could order drinks.
We were allowed to take a seat on the terrace, but without seat cushions, as they could become damp according to the staff member.
On the second day, we sat on the terrace again and enjoyed the nice weather. While two people from our group settled their bill at the hotel, their chairs remained at our table. Without asking, a staff member came, took the chairs away, and placed them at another table with other guests. We found this behavior disrespectful and inappropriate.
Overall, we had the impression during our entire stay that our group was met with a certain aversion. This is particularly disappointing given the high overnight price, which in no way corresponded to the friendliness and hospitality one would expect from a hotel of this category.
Unfortunately, our first negative impression lingered throughout the entire stay and significantly clouded the overall experience. For this reason, we cannot recommend the hotel.
