Very good breakfast selection, lovely hotel staff and close to public transport to get into the city of Versailles. Good value for money and for what’s provided - very very happy with our stay.

Disappointing.

Very disappointing stay, room not worth the price, window resembling a budget hotel, noisy air conditioning, curtain not blackout, not long enough.

The room for 3 was 2 Rooms connected, with only one very small bathroom and toilet.

Conventional business hotel

Best Western The Wish Versailles is a regular business hotel in a small town, on the outskirts of Paris. The hotel is housed in a detached three-storey building, in a quiet area and offers 3-star service. The hotel offers rooms in various categories. I chose a superior room with a double bed. The room, like most in France, is small, but with all the facilities (comfortable bed, bathroom, air conditioning, work desk, TV, safe and even kettle). The cleaning was good, but not perfect. Also some interior details needed repair. The room rate included a nice breakfast buffet served in the restaurant on the ground floor. From a logistical point of view, the hotel is more suitable for travelers by car, as public transport is not very convenient to reach. Not a bad hotel in general.

You seem to have generally enjoyed your stay with us, and we thank you for your detailed comment on this subject.
As far as breakfast is concerned, we carefully select quality products, both sweet and savoury: fruit bar with 3-4 different juices, cold meats, cheeses, scrambled eggs, fresh bread from the baker, pastries and hot drinks. We also offer gluten-free options.
Don't worry, our team ensures that the rooms are kept spotlessly clean and tidy on a daily basis. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to help, and we will be delighted to rectify it as quickly as possible.

“We had a great stay at this hotel. The property is clean, with a nice pool and very friendly staff. The weather was nice and there were few people, which made the experience even more relaxing. The rooms are simple but well equipped, with a kettle and tea available. Cleaning is done regularly, sheets and towels are clean. We really enjoyed our stay
