a pleasant stay and a real recommendation

Hissele is a very nice place to stay and get to know Alsace better – both people and the region. Thank you Mary for all your efforts and hospitality. Every morning we were surprised by a pleasant and varied breakfast, every day with a new Alsatian speciality, accompanied by local products, framed by a personal touch. The table decorated in the Alsatian way and the dishes adapted daily were a treat for the eyes.
Your hospitality really gave us a sense of home. We very much appreciated the friendly morning conversations and all your advice. In summary, it was a pleasant stay and a real recommendation.

Hissele is excellent and outstand place to stay

Hissele is an excellent place to stay. We were there for 7 nights. Its located in the mid between Colmar and Strasburg, an excellent quite place. The room is very big with magnificent view to natural plant garden that Marie the owner plant and keeps. the room was very clean decorated very nice with the feeling of ancient times, The breakfast is rich and differ from day to day. the most important is the hospitality of Marie and her husband during our stay, We travel a lot and this place was the best we were in,

Exceptional accommodation and hospitality

What a memorable place! The accommodation is beautifully restored, spacious, warm and very comfortable! The welcome is exceptional, Marie and Gildas are extremely kind. As for the breakfasts, they are the best we have had: every morning we were greeted with a table decorated differently and made up of many things as varied as tasty. Marie devotes a lot of time and attention to her products and their preparation, as well as to the decoration of the table. A real treat for the eyes, taste buds and hearts. You must definitely discover this place!

Merci d'avoir fait confiance à la recommandation de votre amie Nathalie et d'être venu chez 'Hissele', qui signifie dans mon dialecte alsacien : la petite maison. Votre chambre s'appelle 'Un bouquet sur un toit' en l'honneur du poème de Victor Hugo intitulé : le nid. Mais aussi parce que nos cigognes nichent avec tant de beauté sur nos toits de maison, formant de si jolis bouquets :)
Sachez que vos appréciations et photographies (sur Google) m'ont particulièrement fait plaisir, ils viennent compléter le descriptif mais aussi et surtout enrichir notre rencontre.
En réservant ma chambre d'hôtes, vous avez soutenu une petite entreprise locale, mais aussi des artisans et producteurs du centre-alsace favorisant l'agriculture biologique de proximité, respectueuse de l'environnement. MERCI.
