Never disappointed

Always so well received.
The staff is especially considerate when when the snow has arrived.
Room and clean bathroom. Quiet night.

Disappointed

We were there for 4 nights. This morning, the penultimate day, some buses with children arrived at camp. Nothing more of peace. Huge noise, just like in an amusement park. Showers and toilets very dirty. We're never coming back here.

We come here every year to spend 4 nights on average
We appreciate the access including PMR, Quiet, Cleanliness, Welcoming, Service Staff
This year's opening of the snack bar is a good surprise with a very attentive cook/waitress
You really need to highlight this snack better with a suitable display
It is open to any public even outside the estate, with the possibility to book it for events such as birthdays, family celebrations, ....

Mixed!!!

Small family stay from 31/7 to 02/8, housed in cottage n°6 (obtained via 1 offer). Cottage conforms to its standing (equipment, free WiFi layout.. ) Missing may be a small grill oven. The wooded environment and nature (water body) as well as the limited telephone network are conducive to disconnection.
However, a big BLACK SPOT is brought on the view we have of cottage n°2 (especially the window of the SDB-WC) that appears to us.
Indeed, from the window of our stay, we witnessed a scene shocking to young audiences and UNACCEPTABLE!!! We clearly saw a naked person (without his knowledge), on the toilet who then got up wiped and washed!!! There is a glaring lack of opacity on the window!!!! It would be more than desirable to remedy this problem before legal problems arise. It seems cottage number 10 is in the same arrangement.
Besides, we find the price without the offer we got a bit high.

Great stay, to renew!
Spacious and clean cottage with plenty of storage, outdoor terrace, comfortable rooms and friendly main room
Very nice corner in the middle of the forest, near a pond, a waterfall and hiking.
Wifi available, but milling all the time.
Friendly and attentive staff.
Nice summer program in this beautiful region.
