We will come back.
Cozy hotel in a central location, unfortunately very difficult to reach by car!
Price/performance of the rooms is okay. We were accommodated in the annex, a somewhat narrow staircase, but cozy. TV only has French channels, shower in the bathtub, breakfast could be added for €16 and was much better than expected thanks to fresh scrambled eggs, cold cuts and cheese, crêpes, and other small items!
Gladly again.

Terrible room.
It's a shame because I had high expectations, but the room assigned to us, number 2, when booking a standard room, was very hot and very dark as it faced an interior service area, where leaving the window open allowed us to see and hear people.
I would have never booked a room with such a "view" and I think it should be specified at the time of booking that the room is practically blind.

Ci dispiace sinceramente che la camera non abbia soddisfatto le Sue aspettative. La camera n. 2 appartiene alla nostra categoria Superior e dispone di due finestre che si affacciano su una corte interna. Le camere con vista sulla piazza fanno parte della categoria Superior Vista, proposta come tipologia separata al momento della prenotazione.
Ci dispiace inoltre che non ci abbia segnalato il Suo disagio durante il soggiorno. Il nostro team è sempre a disposizione per assistere gli ospiti e, quando la disponibilità lo consente, facciamo sempre il possibile per proporre una soluzione o un cambio di camera.

To be avoided in summer, but still nice.
We arrived at 4 PM as agreed, but the room was not ready, which caused a wait of one hour before we could take possession.
The lack of air conditioning in the rooms is a major drawback that must be checked during booking, especially since it was 37°C outside.
However, the decor was pleasant, the room was clean, and the bedding was comfortable. The establishment is well located in downtown and offers paid parking.
The buffet breakfast was not very varied.

Nous sommes sincèrement désolés pour le retard rencontré lors de votre arrivée. En raison de la vague de chaleur exceptionnelle qui a touché Honfleur durant votre séjour, nos équipes ont dû travailler dans des conditions particulièrement éprouvantes, ce qui a malheureusement entraîné quelques retards dans la préparation des chambres. Nous vous prions de nous excuser pour cette attente.
Concernant l'absence de climatisation, notre hôtel est installé dans un bâtiment historique du XVIIᵉ siècle, dont le caractère architectural est préservé. L'installation d'un système de climatisation y est très complexe, voire impossible, sans dénaturer le patrimoine. Nous sommes conscients que ces températures exceptionnelles ont pu impacter votre confort et nous regrettons sincèrement cette situation.
Nous sommes toutefois ravis que vous ayez apprécié la décoration, la propreté de votre chambre, le confort de la literie ainsi que notre emplacement au cœur de Honfleur.
Nous prenons également bonne note de votre remarque concernant le petit-déjeuner, qui nous aide à poursuivre nos efforts d'amélioration.

Difficult Access
Recommend not booking this hotel until street works are complete. Very difficult to access because of the construction. The hotel recommends certain car parks which are most busy and the one available is a long walk with luggage. The hotel should advise of the problems when booking but we were advised just 6 days prior to arrival. No time to find alternative. A terrible attitude when we confronted the management. Will never stay again.

We are sorry that the roadworks taking place in the town affected your arrival. As soon as we were informed of the disruption, we contacted all guests concerned, including yourself, six days before your arrival, to explain the situation and provide alternative parking recommendations.
We understand that these temporary works could be frustrating. However, as they are organised by the local authorities, they are unfortunately beyond our control. Six days before arrival also allowed the possibility of modifying your travel plans if you felt these conditions were not suitable.
We were particularly disappointed by the tone and behaviour displayed towards our team during your stay. Our staff remained courteous and professional throughout your visit, despite being subjected to aggressive and disrespectful exchanges. The well-being and safety of our employees are a priority, and for this reason your behaviour was reported through the appropriate hospitality channels.
We regret that your experience did not meet your expectations and wish you all the best in your future travels.

Understand that they could not inform me before booking, or put in the hotel information that there is major work going on around the hotel. We got the notification after we had paid and booked, and for us with 10 pcs of luggage, I wish we had been informed before booking.
