An unforgettable stay!

We stopped at Château d’Ingrandes on our way to Futurscope and had a great stay! Thanks to Philippe and Guadalupe for their warm Welcoming and kindness, especially to our children, which made the experience even more pleasant.
The room was comfortable, tastefully decorated, and the hearty and homemade breakfast, a real pleasure. We enjoyed the pool as soon as we arrived — perfect with the heat!— then a quiet picnic in the garden, on the tables provided.
The setting is full of charm, with a real soul, and the anecdotes around the castle plunged us into the past. We commend their efforts to preserve this heritage and allow us to enjoy it for a while.
A peaceful place, out of time, where you feel good. Thank you again for this break, and maybe see you again! Muchas gracias por todo!

Superb

Fabulous find. Good halfway stopover enroute to SW from Caen. Lovely location. Nice character room. Really nice helpful proprietors not OTT as some chateau hotel owners can be. Brilliant value with great breakfast included. It’s BandB only but character village bar about 100 yds away and good restaurants (recommended by proprietors) within 6 km. very pet friendly. Great experience … we will definitely book next year. The proprietors could not have been more helpful.

A timeless stay!

We have adored ! The hosts and their dog are very kind and welcoming, the castle is magical, the rooms very well appointed, clean and comfortable. The children really liked the swimming pool.
Breakfast was very good with homemade jams.
I really recommend!
Thank you for this lovely stay that we will never forget.

Wedding

We attended a wedding at the Chateau this June. It was a 3 day event. The grounds were beautiful as well as the rooms the wedding party stayed in. The rehearsal dinner was prepared by the owner and was delicious. A wonderful setting for a wedding.

Best of all

We stayed at Chateau d'ingrandes for 3 nights. That was the best of accomodation ever. The owner, a nice lady, had given us 2 bikes for free to walk around. Then the breakfast was soooo goooood. She knows very well english and that is a big thing because there are a few places where they speak english. The best place to stay in this area. You wont regret it.
