No access to the spa you have to pay have rented you apt nobody answers you. A big scam. And call the person he answers you doesn't understand. In case of problem another person answers you loool

Our room was not vacuumed or properly cleaned throughout the entire one-week stay.
Toilet paper was not replenished; we had to purchase and provide our own.
Only two towels were provided, despite a reservation for three persons. No small towels were available.
The kettle was broken, preventing us from heating milk for our baby.
The room and floor were extremely dirty and unhygienic.
On a rainy day, the indoor swimming pool was inaccessible, meaning the hotel had no functioning facilities, which contradicts your advertised offerings.
Fruit at breakfast was rotten and moldy.
The coffee machine malfunctioned on multiple occasions.
The juice dispenser was regularly empty.
Breakfast was the same every day and served cold.
The egg boiler did not function, resulting in over an hour wait for a boiled egg.
Hotel staff did not speak or understand English, making communication extremely difficult.
Dinner (salmon) was served undercooked and bloody – which is completely unacceptable from a food safety perspective.
We have documented these deficiencies with photographs and are prepared to provide them as evidence upon request.

Refusal of reimbursement due to medical emergency
After only enjoying the pool, we had to go to the emergency room around 7pm because my pregnant girlfriend hemorrhaged, which resulted in a miscarriage. The hotel staff was immediately notified. However, the hotel refuses to reimburse us for the stay, even partially. So we have to live through a family drama and a financial loss.
