Very pleasant for a stopover.

La Canourgue is a very beautiful village, ideal for an overnight stop.
Free parking just steps from the hotel.
Clean room, quiet, good bedding, good-sized bathroom.
Excellent value for money for dinner.
Traditional breakfast served at the table.

Simply horrible sound insulation absent, horrendous heat, the pom pom smells in the bathroom to discover for the bravest...

Run away!

We were supposed to have lunch but the waiter or boss?? is so unpleasant that we only had one drink. Basically we were not welcome! How can one be a shopkeeper and so unpleasant. .? To avoid, especially as there are other establishments in La Canourgue where people are charming.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel

Friendly staff and locals
Really comfortable bed,great shower and nice and quiet
Free parking 100m away
The restaurant was closed Monday evening but the proprietor recommended the pizzeria opposite

Inexpensive!

The Hôtel La Citadelle is on the way to the Tarn Gorge, which is well worth seeing. The room was simple and inexpensive. The breakfast was also simple, but OK. There is a restaurant in the hotel. Parking is available in the nearby public car park.
