Nice hotel

Hotel Les Sapins located near the center, ice rink and gondola Beauregard/ Ice rink. 16% side to the right of the rink to be climbed. Parking possible in front, not bookable. Welcome and smiling. Past half board stay. Room with terrace , number 10: comfortable, carpeted floor , with wardrobes , separate toilet. Correct set that will require a refreshment.
Hammam and Jacuzzi complete this hotel: free , privatized and bookable on slots. Food very well , full breakfast and evening menu quality and quantity. Efficient service , friendly.

Wonderful hotel with everything you need.

We had an amazing time at Les Sapins. The hotel is so lovely. From our lovely arrival to the fabulous breakfast we weren’t disappointed. Some reviews had worried me but it is super clean, comfy bed, amazing views and lovely staff. We stayed for 2 nights and would definitely return. Amazing walks from the door and so close to the center of town.

Dilapidated and poorly maintained hotel...

Hotel is well-located in the resort. Seen from afar, the exterior looks okay, nothing more. Once you pass the reception area, you head straight for the unpleasant surprises... foul-smelling hallways (very old carpet, obviously...), a very, very dated room with almost no decor, and finally, dilapidated sanitary facilities and bathroom (moldy seals and wood...).
Hotel needs to be renovated from top to bottom urgently to return to more decent hospitality standards...

Great location, great food and lovely staff.

Just returned home from a great five night stay in this lovely hotel. All members of staff were friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed being able to ski from the hotel down to the Beauregard gondola and back via the poma outside the hotel. One day we were even able to ski back to the locker room door after a sizeable fall of snow! Enjoyed our ample breakfasts and delicious, more than ample, dinners. The one criticism would be the unsightly mould in the grout over the bath.
