Great apartment for the price. Comfortable & had everything we needed (wouldn’t have liked to actually cook in there as not much space) Good location close to slopes.

disappointing

Good location but poor facilities for those in self catering apartments. The hotel is about a 3 min walk from La Bassonnet lift area and 5-10min walk from the centre of the village. The hotel is advertised as 4* but the self catering apartment was certainly not 4*. As soon as we walked into the apartment we asked to change but would have had to pay an additional 300euros for the 4 nights we were there! The apartment was very very basic with not enough relaxation seating for the 3 adults in our party. There was a dirty mop and towel right by the front door, cigarette butts on the v small 'patio' area, a sofa bed, 4 person table and kitchenette area in the main room. there was then a seperate double bedroom, a shower room and a seperate toilet. Considering the basicness of the apartment it was ridiculous that there were TWO coffee machines! The rusty and broken toilet roll holder along with the dirty toilet brush were rather off putting, the lack of glass plate in the microwave made it unuseable, the sockets by the bed didn't allow space for the UK to French plug adapter rendering them unusable, see photo of alternative arrangement! The lack of seating meant one of us had to sit on the bed to relax after a days skiing rather than sit three adults in a row on the sofa like we were in an old person's home! The restaurant (which isnt part of the hotel) was fantastic and the spa (again not part of the hotel) well worth the 23euros extra

Great location for the Bossonet lifts and easy walk into the village. This was my first stay in the apartments of the complex (rather than the hotel).
The 2 bed apartment was functional and clean, albeit could do with some updating to provide more comfort.
Having said that I would stay again, due to the overall ambience and convenience.
Free and secure underground car parking was very useful.

Poor bed - sofa bed and creaky at night
Room heaters do not work always
Unclean, dirty, used blankets with lot of dust
No shampoo, conditioner or body wash - have to ask the receptionist every time, not even an extra toilet roll
Given the high price already, there was extra charges for the swimming pool
Had many indoor games but all are paid, facility does not offer any free entertainment
Indoor parking available
Spa and pool was good
Dinner at the hotel restaurant was amazing
Area is quite, calm and beautiful
