Hotel to avoid for your safety
During my visit to this hotel, I injured my skull due to a shower wall handle with an open and sharp metal end. The incident was reported immediately at reception.
Beyond the obvious lack of security, it is above all the management of the situation that is problematic. Despite the photos and a video clearly demonstrating the danger, management downplayed the incident and questioned the link to the injury.
The only “commercial gesture” offered on site was a glass of wine , which is particularly unsuitable given the situation. Subsequently, any request for reimbursement was refused, in favour of a simple conditionality on a future stay.
I find it unfortunate that an institution does not take a security issue that could potentially affect other customers more seriously.
Disappointing experience, both in terms of security and customer service.

Merci d’avoir partagé votre ressenti. Nous regrettons sincèrement l’incident évoqué durant votre séjour.
Nous souhaitons toutefois apporter quelques précisions concernant le déroulement des faits. Vous avez séjourné dans notre établissement dans la nuit du 23/04 au 24/04 et nous avez signalé cet incident le soir du 23/04. Lors de votre départ le lendemain matin, aucun complément d’information ni aucune demande particulière ne nous ont été formulés auprès de la réception.
Ce n’est qu’après votre départ, le 26/04 à 01h41 deux jours après votre blessure , que vous nous avez adressé un e-mail demandant le remboursement de la nuitée. Après étude de votre demande et des éléments transmis, nous ne donnerons pas suite à cette demande de remboursement. Un geste commercial sous forme d’avoir vous avait néanmoins été proposé afin de témoigner de notre volonté de trouver une solution adaptée.
Nous avons malgré tout pris en compte votre remarque .
