The worst hotel stay we have ever experienced.
The shower in Room 205 was dangerous. I set the temperature but it constantly varied between scalding hot and cold. This is not safe. The shower head holder was also broken meaning that the shower head could not be raised up.
There was something just outside the room which made a buzzing sound for 2 seconds every 5-10 minutes all through the night. It was not the air conditioning as we tried switching that off. We had no sleep at all. To make things worse, kids on motorbikes were racing around the car parks at 1am.
There was no WiFi for the duration of our stay and despite the temperature being 34C, the drinks machine was not working and guests could not buy a bottle of water. Both of these issues were reported to Reception but were not resolved.
It was a truly dreadful stay. I made a verbal and written complaint to the hotel but have not had a response from them in over two weeks.

Avoid
Restaurant good. Staff helpful. Breakfast good Limited English spoken which was tricky for some guests.
The room. R 112. Terrible. Smelt of damp. Very basic. Stayed in better youth hostels. Mould and damp very evident in room and shower room. Rusty fittings. Yoilet was vlean however. No towel rail. No basin plug !??

The rooms were very basic and bland.
Buffet Breakfast was very poorly stocked I’m unable to find any members of staff to help replenish things.
Unlike other Kyriad hotels, this isn’t one we will be returning to.
