Catastrophic
In this hotel, it is felt that costs have been reduced as much as possible at the expense of quality of service.
There was no more shower gel/shampoo in the bottle installed in the shower, for example yet so-called "ritual". Breakfast, tasteless, is served with industrial products, almost little choice, really not the feeling of being in a 4 stars, and to top it all off the gentleman who takes care of the service gives you the feeling of being spied on so really not comfortable, that one desire to leave as soon as possible.
In the end, no worries given the products offered, its does not make you want to stay more.
When checking out, you don’t expect to be asked how your stay went, it doesn’t interest anyone! We waited more than 10 minutes nobody! In short, everything is low-cost despite the extremely unjustified price, and it is quite unpleasant really do not put your money into this hotel.

Our only issue was the room was very hot.
We ended up turning off the heat, after 5 adjustments to the temperature.
Finally we opened the window so we could sleep.
Luckily, we were on an upper floor.

I wouldn't come back!
The whole time I felt controlled and watched by the staff. They made me feel in the bar, in the restaurant etc like I was going to run away without paying. In addition, the pool area was always neglected, it lacked cleaning in the water and in the rest areas. The welcome drinking point was full of dirty cups already used and no one took care to renew and throw away already used.
The restaurant food is always the same and everything as if it were a frozen supermarket heated in the oven and put on the plate.
