This is an excellent spot, tranquil in a charming town, been coming to Lille for years and I just had my first stay here.
Everything is excellent and special hats off for the bartender at Le Barre

Outstanding hotel in Lille

Excellent in every respect. Very attractive building, first class service, rooms, and food. Highly recommended.

Very disappointing services for a 5-star hotel.

Very nice location and good bedding, but poorly arranged room, view of a wall, non-separated bathroom, questionable decoration, poorly functioning TV, very expensive parking, and under a tree, so the car needs to be washed before leaving. All of this at €320 per night. Disappointing!

Incredible customer service.

From the moment we arrived we received the most wonderful care.
Such fine food served by a team of true professionals, absolutely outstanding.
The garden was like an oasis within the city too, a perfect central location.
Many thanks again for making our short stay so wonderful.

Meh.

Rooms are too different; it's a lottery; also extremely noisy, you can hear everything happening in the hallway and outside. The walls shake when trucks pass by. Breakfast is too slow even though there are no customers.
