Very satisfied
(Only small downside, the very slippery floor outside the shower and on the bathroom floor. It’s dangerous, the direction has to plan something. Otherwise, absolutely put bath mats in these 2 places to not slip.)

Basic
The restaurant room is quite cold because a door leads to the parking lot so with drafts in addition.
Staying quite often in this hotel, I regret that the restaurant menu is always the same. It is time to change at least every season!!!
Especially when you stay all week.
The elevator does not inspire confidence, it is dirty and poorly lit.
Seats in the lobby are also stained. We don’t want to sit there.
So here's for short stays or for work it suits, otherwise go your way.

20 minutes from Lille center
Very friendly welcome.
Rooms are correct but could be modernized.

Correct
The rooms are rather small but remain comfortable. Perfect for a short stay. Cleanliness ok. The rooms are relatively small and offer little storage. Same for the bathroom, summary but everything is there. The bedding is also of good quality even if the mattress pads slip on the mattresses. The double rooms are made of 2 mattresses which is not always comfortable.
The hotel itself is friendly, the lobby nice. The welcome remains summary, we are sometimes received on a corner of the table... Basic but correct.
The breakfast has deteriorated a little between the passages, the staff is not very alert so that you can wait a long time before seeing the food recharged, this is often the case of eggs, bacon refueled in small quantities (a bit of anticipation depending on the level of filling of the hotel would be welcome). 1 single coffee machine that can also generate waiting. In short even if nothing is bad the breakfast service is clearly the point to improve this property. It should also be noted that no checks are made... Strange, though, is it open access?
On the practical side, the hotel has parking at 8€ per day.
Are we coming back?
Yes surely the hotel remains affordable for passages in the area, Old Town 15 min, it's ok.
