Excellent welcome, you feel at home, well-laid-out room, to be supplemented by a light duvet for hot summers. Magnificent breakfast.

A perfect stopover!

As a stopover between Normandy and Ariège, we spent one night at this hotel. The welcome is perfect: information about the hotel as well as the city. The room is comfortable. Beautiful bathroom. Very pleasant bedding. Everything is clean and elegant, functional. The breakfast is hearty, varied and delicious. The location is close to shopping and tourist districts. It is easy to park for free on the street in front of the hotel. This hotel is a very good place for a relaxing stopover.

Very good and a friendly attention

I stayed in room 411 on 02/06, and I want to highlight the quality of the welcome as well as the professionalism of the staff.
The room was clean, spacious, and very pleasant. I also appreciated the special attention given in the room with a small gift for loyal customers.
However, I would like to make a remark in a constructive spirit. Having forgotten my phone charger, I asked for one at the front desk. The person present kindly agreed to lend me one by retrieving it from a bin containing cables and chargers left by previous guests. However, I found the request for my room number before handing me this item a bit surprising.
Working in retail myself, I would have perfectly understood this precaution if it had been a new item or a service provided by the establishment. However, in the case of forgotten and retrieved items, this procedure seemed somewhat excessive to me. It seems obvious that the majority of customers will return the charger the next day, and in the contrary case, it would be more of an oversight than a malicious act.
This is certainly a detail, but as you know, the quality of service and professionalism often lie in the small attentions.
I thank you nonetheless for your welcome and the quality of your establishment.
I look forward to returning soon.
