Excellent budget hotel.

This is a modern hotel with ample parking, the members of staff spoke excellent English and made us feel very welcome. The rooms were small but functional and very clean. We really enjoyed our stay. There’s multiple restaurants including an excellent Chinese buffet within walking distance.

Disgusting

Disastrous experience and almost sleepless night after being forced to open the window and the shutters [room very close to the bypass] because of a foul bleach smell that stung our eyes and throats. Bleach that is certainly used to mask a pestilential odor in the bathroom. I am not even talking about the air conditioning with filters that must not be maintained very often, given the filth inside the split unit and the smell when it turned on. Given the positive reviews, we went there with confidence.... mistake.
I am not in the habit of writing long comments, but since I called the hotel to report the facts, and I was dismissed without even an apology, I allowed myself this review regarding room 128. Stay away from it. Hoping that everything is not at the same level. First and last time for us. There is some negligence at Kyriad. Too bad that smells cannot be photographed!

An excellent address

Return to Finistère by motorcycle. Limoges 42°. Unbearable. I am looking for a hotel. I find one Kyriad, but when I call, the person on the phone is really not friendly. I find a second Kyriad, I call. Very friendly telephone reception. I make a reservation. At 2:30 PM, I wonder if at least we are allowed to wait for the room in the air-conditioned lobby. And there, against all odds, we are offered to settle directly into the room... air-conditioned. The happiness. We received a great welcome. The bedding is super comfortable. We are offered a list of nearby restaurants, and upon presenting the hotel card, the restaurant grants a discount. Top-notch.
P.S. 1: Not all the managers of Kyriad in Limoges are as nice as Kyriad direct Limoges Nord.
P.S. 2: See photo, a nice little detail in the restroom. A big thank you to the housekeeper for her job done perfectly. I highly recommend it +++

False advertising.

Very, very, very disappointed to learn at the reception that there is an extra charge for my dog!
This is not indicated anywhere and even less asked at the time of booking (which could have been understood at that moment), while everything on the site suggests that bringing a pet is free!
This supplement is not even justified since nothing is provided for the animal (no water bowl, etc.)
I do not recommend it

Easy access from A20, free parking, friendly and helpful staff, clean room, very comfortable bed, good breakfast, restaurants within walking distance. Nice place to overnight.
