A Novotel with the traditional charm and service a customer enjoys and deserves

a typical Novotel hotel, quiet in the outskirts of Limoges on the shores of a lake, Le Lac, welcome was very cordial and friendly, helpful in finding excursions in the spacious region of Limoges, rooms are neat and pure, the bar and bartender were fine, very friendly and professional, the dinner was very good, pleasant that this hotel still has its own kitchen so you don't have to go out again to eat, breakfast perfect, large spacious parking and great area to stretch your legs,

Beautiful hotel very well located away from the often crowded and difficult-to-navigate city center / Our room overlooked the lake... stunning / Spacious room well equipped and perfect bedding The ascent did not allow us to eat on-site but we had been warned Friendly and pleasant staff.

We had been disappointed during our previous stay, we wanted to give it a second chance...
Member Accor I booked an executive for one night except bathrobes and slippers there is nothing more. Certainly the minibar is offered but without drink...
The day before we were told that the restaurant would be closed for dinner, obviously the information was not given to everyone given the “riot” at the reception. Apart from a list of restaurants and going to the mall in front nothing is proposed (type making dishes and cutlery available or canned goods to be heated in a microwave). The electric charging station does not work, fortunately there are also Tesla (more expensive) terminals in the parking lot.
Nice breakfast but impossible to make eggs shells the machine is not in service. No carafe of water and impossible to know the composition of the proposed sausages. One plain yogurt on the buffet and it’s only 8:00 in the morning.
In short for a 4* recovery and for a group with a roadblock it is disappointing...
The presence of Tesla kiosk doesn't do everything...

A very nice location with view across the lake. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was nicely presented, varied and in a light and airy environment. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel to our friends.

The hotel is well placed and the room clean and quite - shower was a little bit feeble and the towels always a size too small. The bed was firm and a good night sleep was had - there is ample parking outside.
