Apartment was simple but fine. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was ok, but we were missing vegetables.

Correct for a 2-star rating.

Well-located apartment hotel near Part Dieu. Pleasant reception, good cleanliness of the room, and a very decent breakfast on the shaded terrace. The only downside is that in our room, 510, the blind does not work, and since this room is on the side of the rising sun, it gets light very early in the morning in June, which is unfortunate. Apart from that, the underground parking accessible from the hotel is very convenient... overall quite good.

A stay without history.

Stayed 3 nights from Sunday 26 to Wednesday 29 October 2025.
Welcoming and apartment on the 6th and top floor with a small terrace. At this height, it's quiet. The bedroom and bathroom are clean (with bathtub and not shower), the kitchen space is kept to a minimum, but there is enough to eat very simple meals. The elevator works well as well as Wi-Fi and TV. The bedding is correct and the Welcoming is courteous. It costs €230 for three nights which is a bit expensive, but the hotel is well located close to Part-Dieu station. You can easily walk (or by metro or tram) to the different districts of Lyon.

Clean room. A bit small. Not easy to seat two people. We had to swap rooms as the hob blew the fuse as they are old which was fine and staff were very helpful. No extractor fan in kitchenette. Good shower. Luggage storage available at reception. Recycling bins in reception would be helpful.
