Ideal convenient clean and cheap
Breakfast was very good, buffet with lots of choices.
The kitchenette is very convenient.

I recall the history
We booked 2 accommodations in March 2024 for the Festival of Lights. 2 or 3 days before our arrival my daughter called and asked for confirmation of the presence of a cot in one of the accommodations we had booked.
As we arrived at the reception on 6 12, the hostess informed us that our reservation had been cancelled, arguing that Booking had sent a payment request by email that had not been answered by us.
Didn’t it seem surprising to you that a family calling 2 days before arrival for a cot confirmation request didn’t answer you? didn’t you think that the email might not have reached us for an address error? that it could be in our spam? did you ask for a confirmation of reading of the said email?
What negligence and you blame on Booking!!
Understanding our distress, the receptionist told us that there were 2 accommodations left, but double the original price, which you confirm in your reply to my daughter’s opinion of 9 12 2024 at 10 am: I quote “the 900€ were for a stay of several nights (effectively 2 nights) and for two rooms”, which we had originally booked.
As if that were not enough, in your answer of 9 12 2024 at 2:31 p.m. you allow yourself to accuse my daughter of fraud and use a fake credit card number!!!! What a nerve!!!! So there BRAVO, BRAVISSIMO!!!!!
THENARDIER would not have done better.

Pleasantly surprised
I stayed there 2 nights for business trip.
The room was very clean, quiet and pretty well equipped.
The welcome is nice, gym available, excellent breakfast.
Only downside, no small bottle of water or coffee/tea in the room at the entrance.

Unbeatable for a long stay in the neighborhood
Decreasing rate allowing me to benefit from a price of 40€ / night (without breakfast). Deposit of €795 returned 2 weeks after my departure.
Functional studio, kitchenette with dishes and all equipment.
For long stays, cleaning is done once a week, as well as the line changed. The maids are nevertheless present every day (except weekends) if you need anything.
The bed is comfortable, the furniture sufficient, the bathroom clean (special mention to the shower gel, rather quality for this price range)
Some guests are disrespectful of the quiet, but it's not the hotel's fault, and never anything very late, I always slept well.
The reception is friendly and helpful.
Recommended for long stays.
