Great.

Coming for two nights , the hotel is clean , ideally located close to trams , very nice bar 2 steps from the hotel . Free foosball (there is also a bar at the hotel very nice). Small room but ultra comfortable bed and well arranged. We weren’t on the street side , no worries about noise (although we had the window open ). The team is friendly. I recommend .

Great location, just near tram and metro station (although the station has a really really confusing layout). Excellent glazing - so very quiet, despite being on a busy square, with trams running by. Really effective air con, which was very much needed. Staff were exceptionally pleasant and helpful. The main thing we didn’t like was the size of the room: there’s insufficient space to open a suitcase and we bashed ourselves on the TV every time we walked past. Also, we asked for replacement paper cups on our second day, to make fresh tea in, but we were told that there weren’t any and were just pointed towards the tiny cups for the water dispenser: no good at all for a hot drink !

This is an excellent little business style hotel. Modern, spotlessly clean and close to many of the sights it proved an excellent base for our short visit. Unfortunately we didn't avail of the breakfast so are unable to comment and our only contact with staff was check in and out but they seemed really pleasant..
If a no frills stay is what you want, this is the place for you.

Not clean, face towels looked used in the bathroom. I had to change rooms since I got a room assigned with 2 beds instead of a king bed. There were plenty of rooms available, not sure why this could happen.

Very good experience

Great experience at the hotel; after a frustrating day on the train, my unexpected stay at the hotel due to a missed connection was a real relief in my day. Despite a late arrival at 10:30 PM and an early departure at 6:00 AM, the staff was very welcoming. The dining service until 11:00 PM is a real plus, and they were accommodating in moving breakfast slightly earlier to 6:00 AM. They were also able to offer me a room change due to a water leak in the first one. The rooms are well organized and pleasant, and the bed is comfortable. Top
The only small downside is that the sound insulation is a bit weak, and you can hear footsteps from the upper floors and people passing in the hallways, but unless there are very noisy guests, it is not a big issue.
