This hotel is fantastic! It looks a bit old from the outside, and actually you can also see some signs of wear in the room. But it doesn't really matter. The atmosphere is incredible, they recreated the vibes of a surf destination in the lobby and breakfast area. The breakfast is rich and full, and you can have it inside or outside in a nice outdoor area that's not yet reached by the sun in the morning, so it keeps a comfortable temperature even in full summer. The staff is really kind and helpful, and provides a 5 stars customer service. I also like the fact that there's a water machine to fill your bottle always available.

Nice and clean room. Helpful staff. Air condition was great. Not far from the metro/tram/train station. Would recommend if you need a place to sleep in Lyon.

Unsafe neighborhood.

Small room but pleasant common areas and nice breakfast.
However, the neighborhood is not safe and car break-ins are systematic: it is a shame that the hotel did not warn us, as it would have saved us from major inconveniences with the car and from ending up stripped of all our luggage, forcing us to cancel the rest of our vacation.

The atmosphere is lovely, staff especially Gwen, we're very friendly and helpful.The room was really compact but it was very clean and the pillows and beds were comfortable. We ate in the Hill club for two nights and the food is very tasty. The bar and restaurant is closed on Mondays so book into Le Source if you want somewhere really nice to eat that is minutes away. Their food was amazing. Trams to all directions are nearby and tickets easy to buy from machines at the stops. If someone offers to show you how to buy the ticket and tells you that you have to enter the pin number, please ignore them as they are scammers working in teams on the trams. All machines allow tap and pay. Stay aware on crowded trams. Nothing to do with the hotel, just some useful information. Enjoy Lyon.

Ok hotel with clean rooms and functioning A/C

Stayed here on a business trip. Room ok, clean and had what you need. Bathroom a bit dated and run down. A/C working. The breakfast was decent with good coffee. Staff a bit uneven in service level. The check-in was messy.
Good location and close to the metero.
