Heartfelt Appreciation for Thea and the Team
I would like to take a moment to sincerely commend Thea for going above and beyond in helping me arrange a special surprise for my niece and sister’s birthday.
I booked their stay as a gift for both of them, and although I was far away, Thea’s assistance made it possible for me to make their stay truly memorable. She patiently coordinated with the kitchen and other members of the team to arrange everything I had requested for their room and the birthday celebration. Despite the many messages and details we had to discuss back and forth, she remained incredibly patient, professional, and accommodating throughout the entire process.
My family was absolutely delighted with the surprise. My niece especially loved the birthday cake—so much so that they even wanted to come back just to have the cake again! The cake decoration I requested was also beautifully accommodated, which I truly appreciated. My sister loved the flowers and was extremely grateful for the champagne as well.
A heartfelt thank you to Thea, the kitchen team, the chef who prepared the wonderful cake, the staff who sang “Happy Birthday” to my family, the team member who presented them with the champagne, and everyone who helped arrange the flowers and other special touches. Every little detail meant so much to my family and made them feel genuinely special and cared for.
I would also like to thank the gentleman who assisted them during check-out. I unfortunately do not remember his name, but my sister mentioned how helpful and kind he was.
Thea, I truly appreciate everything you did to make this surprise possible. Your dedication, patience, and professionalism were exceptional, and I genuinely believe you deserve the FO Manager position. You went above and beyond to help me create a wonderful experience for my family, and I cannot thank you enough.
I could not be more satisfied knowing that my family had such a lovely and memorable stay. Your team’s kindness and attention to detail made a beautiful difference, especially because I was unable to be there with them in person.
