Hardly five minutes from the metro station (Line 8) on the outskirts of Paris (Maisons Alfort) close to the Bos de Vincennes (and the chateau). Near where the Marne joins the Seine so nice walks around the lock on the Marne and along the two rivers.
Nice little studio.
Supermarket and a couple of other shops nearby.
On the other side of the Marne and up the hill a bit is the main street of Charenton le Pont with brasseries, etc.

Respectful and helpful staff, clean room, nice view from the window and a cozy place !
The only issue was connected with the hot water, however if you have a question, request, don’t hesitate to ask the reception, they are ready to fix the latest.
Would want to stay in here in the future as well.

Simple and efficient.
A very nice experience. The room was well equipped. Kitchenware is well included in the price. Close to metro 8 and bus. The hotel is very well located next door there is an Auchan supermarket. The hostess is kind. Nothing to report. I recommend.

Price is not everything
Lots of pollution. The air in the hotel area is very polluted. And he was every day I stayed. If you or someone in the group has a tenderness of breath, go elsewhere. The hotel is at the crossroads of 3 busy streets, 200 metres from a 10-lane motorway exit/entrance to Paris and 5 minutes from a sort of quarry by the Seine River.
Pretty loud. The streets in front of the hotel are very noisy for traffic, at all hours. The windows don't completely insulate. In addition, there is an announcement of construction of a new building right next door, so the interior rooms will also have no less noise.
Lack of maintenance. The hotel and rooms are aged and need quite a bit of adjustment. It is a functional and comfortable establishment and reasonably clean, but for example there are broken cupboards, breakdowns in facilities, chipped paint and old furniture. In the end, if the price is relatively low relative to the competition, you get what you pay.
Right location. It is outside the municipality of Paris, close to the L8 metro and several bus lines that run east of Paris. Within a radius of 200 meters, apart from the highway, there are several supermarkets, restaurants, bars, laundries (watch out for the hotel's internal washing machine!).
In short, I wouldn't come back. Every night I breathed badly. The location and price were more or less adequate. But the price is not all.

En cuanto a la circulación, comprendemos que pueda resultar molesta, aunque es también el precio de estar bien ubicados y cerca de los principales accesos a París.

Friendly and relaxing!
Client for a year, every time I come back it is a real haven of peace. In addition to being in a mega friendly area _ without being a dormitory city [2 to 15 min walk: local shops, cafe-restaurant, and the Bois de Vincennes (!!!); 20-30 min by bus/metro: Gares de Lyon and Bercy, Paris center], all the staff reserves a very warm Welcoming. If there is anything in your room or during your stay for which you need help, they will do everything in the maximum time available, and if, by chance, an event is not heard, the management facilitates listening and dialogue. Each room is welcoming by the distribution of its space: kitchenette with dining table, desk area with TV, bed area, bathroom area. Yes, all the rooms are being renovated, and every month for the past year I have seen constant improvements. And since every little gesture counts, it is offered every week the installation of culinary and decorative events in the entrance hall... in addition to coffee/tea/lemonade in the afternoon:')!
PS1: as nothing or nobody is perfect, I would like to have a rack to dry the clothes (retractable wire) included in the room, and the opportunity to borrow a toaster for my stay, and that all Adagio Aparthotels equip, in the kitchen area: a hook to deposit the dish towel and pouring containers with dishwashing liquid and hand soap, in the bathroom corner: a hand towel deposited in the round hook allotted.
ps2: by being an All accor member and booking through the app, I issue a reservation right as to the distribution and application of points per stay which are not always very clear.
