Affordable Paris: The vibrations from the train connections were sleep-depriving.
For 4 days, carpet+bed clean&well-maintained [insect-free].
(no breakfast, towel change, cleaning, etc. requested).
2 metro stations nearby & therefore easy to reach,
e.g.: Carrefour is within walking distance.
~Latex wallpaper is easy to clean, yet after a considerable amount of time, dust settles on it >

Clean hotel with good metro access at a fair price.
Two nights with the goal to see the city.
The hotel has simple rooms.
Clean and equipped with everything it needs. Very friendly staff!
Only 5 minutes walk to the metro station. From there you can get to the center within 20 minutes.
The hotel has good parking facilities in the hotel's underground car park. It is recommended to book them in advance.
Breakfast is very simple. Qualitative and offers room for improvement.
Overall recommended given the price. If you are looking for high-quality hotels, this is not the place.

I did not like it.
Bathroom: shower tray and toilet are leaking (in 11 days I had 2 different rooms on different floors, all the same). The size of the shower tray is the smallest size; you should not be too large because it will be complicated.
In the room, they provide cardboard cups, no water, no tea, and no coffee, especially during a heatwave.
Some staff at the reception do not respond and do not say hello. He does not even look up; fortunately, others are there because there is nothing to say about the rest, polite, smiling, welcoming.
It is stated that the room must be returned by 12 PM, but at 10 AM, you are made to understand that they need to clean the room for the next guests.
On the pretext that you have a price for the room (I made a reservation and did not see that there was no cleaning; I found out upon my arrival), it is not cleaned throughout your stay (10 days in a place that is not cleaned is long); I would prefer to pay a little more for my room to be cleaned at least every two days...
I asked to return the room an hour later, but it was impossible on the day of my departure. They claim that the hotel is full, which is false (I checked), and when you notify them that they are lying, they do not know how to respond; everything I asked for was never possible... This is not the first time I have stayed here, but I was really disappointed this time.
There are still three positive points: the bedding is good, we slept well despite everything, the room is air-conditioned, which is really great, and the hotel is very well located and served by public transport...
