Relaxing

Quiet residence at the foot of Mont Ventoux, with a pleasant pool and a spacious apartment. A warm welcome and a responsive on-site team. A special mention for the kindness and friendliness of the management.

Good base for Mont Ventoux, outdated buildings

Ideal location at the foot of Mont Ventoux. Friendly young lady at the reception, very helpful.
We rented two apartments.
Unfortunately they are really not like the pictures ...
They had just been polished, but still spider and dust webs hung in all rooms. The terrace and patio furniture are in urgent need of replacement. Here and there hangs a lost spider. It's a shame! The pool we found terrible, not at all like in the footage: freezing and freezing (at an outside temperature of +35°C), unkempt furniture covered under fallen leaves and dirty footsteps.
You can see the park is renovating. New, beautiful shutters have been installed.
Yet there is still a lot of work to be done ...

Good potential marred by mediocre housekeeping

Good potential, beautiful location, but the housekeeping needs to be reviewed (under the beds, in the corners, bathroom tile, toilets with limescale that would need descaler) and the maintenance (impossible to close the front door without the key, wall by the dishwasher dirty, garden furniture dilapidated). Beautiful quiet terrace.

Turn around immediately

Only the pool works, the rest, the jacuzzi and steam room, are broken. Very old apartments, meh. Toilet seat broken, dishes very dirty. TV broken. Sink backing up upstairs does not deserve the price. Pets accepted but the fee is huge, 60€ for a week for a dog. Wooden terrace is dangerous, all the slats are coming out and are not fixed.

an experience not to be repeated

The structure itself is not bad; the apartments are large, spacious, and reasonably equipped and clean. What disappointed me was the staff's lack of presence (the reception is closed for several hours) and the chaos during breakfast in the morning (which, by the way, is quite meager in terms of offerings). Surely there are better options in the area.
